Men should always make up the majority of the South African cabinet because of the cultures in our society that promote male dominance.

Despite the fact that our elders lived in customs of cultures, it is widely known that we have moved into a more democratic country, where everyone has equal rights hence everyone has a right to freedom of expression. Everyone is entitled to make choices that reflect their preferences in spite of their gender. I am not inclined to believe that men should always make up the majority of the South African cabinet because of the cultures in our society that promote male dominance.

Confidence is one of the important aspects to build a strong self-esteem towards yourself, allowing women to be part of the majority numbers in South African cabinet despite the fact of our cultures and customs, would be a great source of solace to women because they will have confidence in leadership positions and make best decisions when it comes to being a good leader without anything being said I disagree that men should always make up the majority of the South African cabinet because of the cultures in our society that promote male dominance.

Gender should not define a position one should occupy or a role to fulfill however dedication and hard-work must be the key point to everything. Giving women equal power as men can make a lot of things easy because the is power in working together and unity, lot of things cannot be achieved unless the women have been emancipated from all forms of oppression. As I see it women’s are called “imbokodo” for a purpose because the is a strong meaning behind the term, all in all we need women’s in the South African cabinet, they are pillar of strengths in all odds.

Respect is defined as a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities or achievements, this proves that equalizing the statistics in forming South African cabinet structure can reduce the violence against women in the country because of the influence that they would have in the entire country. In my own opinion men should dominate in the cabinet however should have equal powers with women. Hence, balancing the cabinet structure can also increase the economy because of the employment opportunity, and that can have a positive impact in terms of Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Giving authorities to men by letting them to always make up the majority of the South African cabinet because of the cultures in our society that promote male dominance it would seem that we are limiting the capabilities of women mean while we would be doubting their leadership. It is clear that if women are limited, we are also holding them from learning to be independent.

To sup up, everyone should be given an opportunity to part-take I whatever they believe in. Everyone is capable of doing anything as long as they have strength, my principal reason is no one should be put in a situation where they end up questioning their worth and capabilities in all odds especially in decision-making positions.
